MW Capture is a Swiss B2B video/photo agency (construction, real estate, and corporate events). We need a versatile Video Editor/Colorist for social media video content across 3 formats:
- Instagram (30s-1min): dynamic edits with transitions, or facecam-style content
- LinkedIn (1min): cinematic project presentation / showcase style
- Corporate/internal (2min): employee interviews and testimonials
Note: for facecam and interview content (in French), the initial cut/derush is sometimes already done. In those cases, your job is to complete the edit with color grading, logo integration, and sound design - not start from scratch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit dynamic Instagram content (transitions) and facecam-style videos
- Edit cinematic LinkedIn project showcases
- Edit corporate interview/testimonial videos (2min)
- For pre-cut interview/facecam content: apply color grading, add logo/branding, and complete sound design
- Sync audio, add captions/titles per our style guide
- Work from rush files (or pre-cut sequences) delivered via Google Drive
- Collaborate in shared Adobe Creative Cloud projects
- Deliver first cut within 48 hours of receiving footage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven video editing experience across social formats (portfolio required)
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills, Adobe Creative Cloud shared project experience a plus
- Working knowledge of color grading
- Comfortable finishing videos that arrive partially edited (adding grading/logo/sound to an existing cut)
- Comfortable with French-language content (dialogue timing, captions) even without speaking French
- Strong written English
SCHEDULE: Notified minimum 1 week before each shoot date. 48-hour turnaround expected on first edit. Flexible working hours, deadline-based rather than fixed schedule.
HOW TO APPLY: Start your application with "MWCAPTURE-EDIT" at the top. Include:
1. A link to your portfolio (ideally with Instagram/LinkedIn-style content)
2. Your experience with Adobe Creative Cloud shared projects (if you have)
3. Your typical turnaround time for a 1-2 minute edit
