WHO WE ARE
DermLux is a group of five medical aesthetic clinics in Cyprus - laser hair removal (DEKA / Moveo), facials and injectables. Our website is ---------- . We run paid ads on Meta every single day, and there is a TV screen in the reception of every clinic. You would own the video for both.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO
- 6-10 short videos per week, 9:16, for Instagram / Facebook / TikTok
- Loop videos for the reception TV screens in our clinics (16:9)
- Re-cut and re-hook our best performing ads instead of starting from zero every time
- On-screen text is in GREEK. You do not need to speak Greek, but you must copy Greek accents and characters with absolute precision. One wrong accent and we notice.

WHAT WE PAY
- 7 to 10 USD per hour depending on level, 20 hours per week
- Plus 50 USD for every video of yours that lands in our top 3 ads of the month (max 150 USD)
- 13th month: 8.33 percent of what you earned that year, paid by 24 December, on the condition that you are still with us at Christmas. If you leave before December it is not paid. We tell you this up front, not in the small print.
- Paid twice a month by bank transfer to your own account. WE pay the transfer fees.
- Cyprus public holidays only. Philippine holidays are normal working days.
- No internet subsidy, your own equipment.

HOURS
Flexible. We do not count your hours minute by minute, we count what you deliver. One fixed 30 minute call per week with the owner, at Cyprus time.

HOW TO APPLY - THIS IS THE ACTUAL TEST

We do not d ---------- from your CV. We d ---------- from ONE video that you make for us.

1. Open the Meta Ad Library (>facebook.com/ads/library), search for DermLux, country Cyprus, all ad types, and watch the ads we are running right now.
2. Go through all our social media and our website. See how we look, how we sound, how we sell.
3. MAKE AND ATTACH ONE VIDEO, made by you, for the TV screens in our clinic receptions:
- 16:9 landscape, 1920x1080, 30 to 60 seconds, made to loop
- It must work WITH THE SOUND OFF. Nobody hears a waiting room screen.
- Use any material you like: our public content, stock footage, your own shots, AI, anything you think fits us. Total freedom. That freedom IS the test.
4. In 3 lines, tell us why you made THAT video for people sitting in a waiting room.

Also send:
- 2 links to ads you edited that actually ran on Meta, with results if you have them
- The tools you use, and how fast you turn around one 9:16 video
- If you do not have a number, write "I do not know". We prefer that to an invented one.
