JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a skilled video editor experienced with cinematic gym and fitness content to work with me on an ongoing basis. I need someone that knows how to take SLog3 footage, convert/ color grade.

I create a high volume of short-form content and need someone who can consistently turn RAW SLOG3 footage into polished, high-quality edits with a fast turnaround.

Requirements

Experienced with DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro

Comfortable working with Sony S-Log3 footage

Strong understanding of color correction and color grading

Able to apply LUTs that I provide or color grade footage yourself

Strong eye for cinematic gym/fitness editing

Good at clip selection, sequencing, match cuts, pacing, transitions, and creating aesthetically pleasing edits

Experience editing fitness, apparel, lifestyle, or brand content

Reliable communication and ability to follow instructions

Turnaround time under 12 hours

Available for consistent, high-volume work

Able to deliver finished content every day

I will provide high-quality raw footage, including S-Log3 footage, along with my LUTs when needed. Projects will primarily involve cinematic fitness, lifestyle, apparel, and branded content, including showcasing brands such as Mentality.

TWO TEST EDITS REQUIRED

You will be required to complete TWO test edits before being officially hired for ongoing work.

These test edits are an important part of the hiring process and need to demonstrate your best work. I will be evaluating your:

Color grading

Cinematic editing ability

Clip selection

Match cuts and transitions

Pacing

Overall visual quality

Ability to follow instructions

The test edits are not guaranteed to be paid. However, if I d ---------- to use/post your test edit, you WILL be paid for that edit.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COMPLETE TWO TEST EDITS UNDER THESE TERMS.

If you pass both test edits, there is an opportunity for consistent daily work and a high volume of ongoing projects.

Pay

$5–$10/hour, depending on experience, quality, speed, and the project.

I am looking for someone who wants consistent work, can handle a high volume of content, and can reliably turn around quality edits quickly.
