JOB OVERVIEW

The Fix Gym (Los Angeles) is a boutique personal training studio creating a massive on-demand workout video library.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven video assembler who’s fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and MOGRT templates.
This role is more assembly and system building than creative storytelling — the goal is to create a clean, modular video library we can easily pull from to build any workout imaginable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Use our Premiere Pro + MOGRT templates to assemble pre-recorded exercise clips into structured workout circuits

Input correct exercise names, timers, and titles using built-in MOGRT panels

Organize exported clips by category (body part, equipment, difficulty, duration)

Maintain consistent visual and audio quality across all videos

Export in multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, square)

Keep detailed notes and ensure file naming and storage are uniform

Occasionally adjust timing, trim clips, or tweak sound/color for consistency

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced skill with Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong working knowledge of After Effects and .MOGRTs (importing, editing, linking)

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Clear, proactive communication — you update frequently, ask questions early, and never leave a message unanswered

Dependable internet connection and predictable availability

Ability to follow a structured workflow precisely

Bonus: experience editing fitness, educational, or instructional videos
