Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Video Editor focused on creating high-converting ad creatives for Meta
This role goes beyond basic editing. The priority is improving engagement, hold rate, and conversion performance. The ideal candidate can edit in a TikTok / UGC style and understands direct response marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for Meta ads
• Apply fast-paced, TikTok-style editing
• Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
• Add captions, motion graphics, and dynamic cuts
• Optimize videos for retention and conversions
Must-Have Requirements
• Strong experience in short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Ads)
• Understanding of ad creatives vs organic content
• Ability to edit for performance, not just aesthetics
• Experience with hooks, pacing, subtitles, and overlays
Nice-to-Have
• Experience editing Meta ad creatives
• Understanding of marketing psychology
• Ability to suggest creative improvements
