Petsome is a fast-growing European pet supplement brand scaling across multiple markets. We run paid advertising on Meta across 5+ countries and we're looking for a skilled video editor who thrives in a performance marketing environment and can produce content that actually converts — not just looks good.
What you'll be working on:
The core of this role is producing and editing short-form Video Sales Letters (VSLs, 60–180 seconds) and UGC-style videos for Meta paid campaigns — content that feels native, builds trust fast, and drives purchases. Alongside this, you'll be adapting winning creatives into multiple languages (Slovenian, Croatian, Slovak, Italian, and potentially more), and creating organic TikTok content aimed at virality and brand awareness.
Your day-to-day will include:
Editing and producing short VSLs (60–180 seconds) optimized for Meta paid campaigns, editing and assembling UGC footage into polished ad-ready content, creating multiple language versions of existing creatives with translated subtitles, captions, and synced AI voiceovers, producing organic TikTok videos with a focus on hooks, trends, and viral potential, working with AI video and voiceover tools to scale content production across markets, and organizing and maintaining a creative asset library.
What we're looking for:
You have hands-on experience editing direct response video content — specifically short VSLs and UGC ads for Meta paid social. You understand pacing, hook structure, and how to make the first 3 seconds impossible to scroll past. You know how to work with raw UGC footage — bad lighting, shaky camera, background noise — and turn it into something that feels authentic but performs. You have a feel for what goes viral on TikTok and know the difference between content that gets views and content that builds a brand. You're fast, organized, and can manage multiple language versions simultaneously without mixing things up. You take feedback well and iterate quickly.
Must-have skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut, demonstrated experience editing short VSLs and UGC content for Meta ads specifically, subtitle and caption editing across multiple languages, some experience creating or editing organic TikTok content, and reliable internet connection with ability to handle large video files.
Nice to have:
Experience with ElevenLabs or any AI voiceover tools for multilingual dubbing, familiarity with direct response marketing concepts (hooks, open loops, social proof, CTAs), and basic motion graphics or text animation for captions and overlays.

Performance bonus
We believe in rewarding great work. If your creatives consistently perform well in our paid campaigns — strong hook rates, good ROAS, high retention — you'll receive performance bonuses on top of your base salary. The better the ads perform, the more you earn.
