JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced video editor to create engaging content for paid advertising and social media.

This role starts at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to full-time within 1–2 months if we’re a good fit. We’re looking for someone interested in growing with our team long-term.

This is not an entry-level role. You must have at least 2 years of professional video editing experience and a portfolio demonstrating the skills below.

What you’ll work on:

AI UGC ads and creator-filmed UGC ads.
Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
Video sales letters (VSLs).
Custom motion graphics, animated text, captions, and visual effects.
Ad variations with different hooks, pacing, and visuals for testing.

You should be able to take a script and raw assets and independently turn them into a polished video, contributing creative ideas to improve the final result.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional video editing experience. No beginners, please.
Proven experience editing AI UGC ads, UGC ads, Reels, and VSLs.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Ability to create custom motion graphics beyond basic templates and transitions.
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and B-roll selection.
Experience working with AI-generated avatars, voiceovers, and footage.
Understanding of how to edit ads to capture attention, maintain interest, and drive conversions.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to follow briefs, apply feedback, and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling the work.

Hours & availability:

20 hours per week to start.
Must be available to work during Central European business hours (CET/CEST).
Opportunity to move to full-time within 1–2 months, based on performance and mutual fit.
