About Biohackn
Biohackn is a Dubai-based premium biohacking, recovery, longevity, and performance brand.

We create content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and other digital platforms — covering technologies such as infrared saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, PEMF, cryotherapy, and next-generation wellness technology.

We are looking for a highly creative, fast, AI-first Video Editor who understands that modern video editing is no longer just about Premiere Pro and After Effects.

We want someone who combines traditional editing skills with the latest AI tools and workflows to create content faster, better, and at a higher creative level.

What You'll Be Doing

-Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.
-Edit long-form YouTube videos, educational content, interviews, podcasts, and founder-led videos.
-Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content with strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, B-roll, sound design, and motion graphics.
-Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
-Create premium product and lifestyle videos that match Biohackn's luxury positioning.
-Use AI to generate or enhance B-roll, product visuals, environments, transitions, voiceovers, avatars, and creative concepts.
-Work with existing footage and AI-generated assets to create realistic, cinematic content.
-Experiment constantly with new AI video and image-generation tools.
-Build efficient AI-first workflows that allow the team to produce more high-quality content without sacrificing quality.
-Understand social media trends and adapt editing styles while maintaining Biohackn's premium brand identity.

AI-First Workflow — Essential
This is one of the most important requirements for the role.

You should already be comfortable using, or be highly capable of quickly learning, tools such as:

-HeyGen
-Higgsfield
-Runway
-Kling
-Veo
-Sora
-Midjourney
-ChatGPT
-Gemini
-ElevenLabs
-AI image-to-video and video-to-video workflows
-AI lip-sync and avatar workflows
-AI voice generation and enhancement
-AI-assisted B-roll generation
-AI product visualization
-AI upscaling, cleanup, object removal, and video enhancement

We are not looking for someone who waits for perfect footage before they can create something great.

We want an editor who can think:

"We don't have this shot. How can I create it?"
"How can AI make this video better?"
"How can I turn one piece of content into ten?"
"How can I produce this in half the time without reducing quality?"
You should be curious about new AI tools and actively test new workflows as the technology evolves.

Core Editing Skills
You should have strong experience with professional editing software such as:

-Adobe Premiere Pro
-Adobe After Effects
-DaVinci Resolve
-CapCut or similar fast-form editing tools

You should understand:

-Storytelling and pacing
-Strong opening hooks
-Audience retention
-Pattern interrupts
-Sound design
-Music selection
-Colour grading
-Motion graphics
-Captions and typography
-B-roll selection
-YouTube editing
-Short-form social editing
-Luxury brand aesthetics

You are someone who:

-Thinks creatively, not just technically.
-Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
-Has strong attention to detail.
-Can work quickly without producing "cheap-looking" content.
-Takes ownership instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.
-Understands premium and luxury visual aesthetics.
-Is genuinely excited about AI and the future of content creation.
-Constantly learns new tools and techniques.
-Can look at a reference video and understand how to recreate the style and feeling.
-Can take an idea from concept ? AI generation ? editing ? final delivery.

What We Don't Want

-We are not looking for a traditional editor who only knows how to cut footage together.
-We are not looking for someone whose workflow has remained unchanged for the last five years.
-The person joining Biohackn should understand that AI is becoming part of every stage of content production, and we want -someone who wants to be at the front of that change.
