JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented, creative, and reliable Video Editor + AI Content Creator to join our team full-time.

This is a long-term, work-from-home position for someone who understands modern social media content, knows how to turn raw footage into engaging videos, and is comfortable using the latest AI video-generation and editing tools.

A major part of the role will involve working with Insta360 footage, so previous experience editing 360° video is important.

What You'll Be Doing:
•Edit raw Insta360 / 360° footage into polished, professional videos

•Reframe 360° footage and create smooth, engaging camera movements

•Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms

•Edit longer-form videos when needed
Use AI tools such as Kling, Higgsfield, and similar AI video platforms to generate and enhance content

•Incorporate AI-generated footage into real-world video projects

•Add appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, captions, graphics, and effects
Select music that fits the mood, pacing, and audience of each video

•Create strong hooks and maintain viewer attention throughout an edit

•Repurpose long-form footage into multiple pieces of short-form content

•Follow creative direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table

•Stay current with social media trends, memes, editing styles, AI tools, and content popular with American audiences

•Organize footage and project files properly and meet deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For....
•You should have:
Strong professional video-editing skills
Hands-on Insta360 editing experience
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software

•Experience using AI video-generation tools, especially Kling and Higgsfield
Strong understanding of AI and willingness to learn new AI tools quickly

•Excellent understanding of music selection, sound design, pacing, transitions, and storytelling

•Experience creating engaging social media videos

•Strong spoken and written English
A good understanding of American culture, humor, trends, music, social media, and entertainment

•Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback

•Ability to work independently without constant supervision

•Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

•Ability to work 40 hours per week

Compensation:
•$800–$1,000 USD per month, depending on experience, skill level, portfolio, and ability with Insta360 and AI tools.

•This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity for long-term work and growth.

•We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
