JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and AI Content Creator to join our team full-time. You'll produce engaging, high-converting video content for social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing campaigns — transforming raw footage into polished, professional videos while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do:
Edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and retention

Produce UGC-style ads, promotional videos, explainer videos, and VSLs

Create and edit podcast clips, talking-head content, and YouTube videos

Create motion graphics and visual effects to elevate content quality

Use AI tools (e.g., Kling AI, Veo, Krea, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar) to generate AI-driven video, voiceovers, and
image-to-video animations

Handle sound design, audio enhancement, color correction, and basic color grading

Add subtitles, captions, and motion text to maximize accessibility and reach

Collaborate with the marketing/content team to align videos with brand voice and campaign goals

Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in video editing for social media, e-commerce, or digital marketing
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools and a willingness to learn emerging platforms
Strong sense of visual storytelling and audience retention strategy
Solid skills in sound design, color correction, and captioning/motion text
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant work required

Nice to Have:
Experience with paid ad creative (UGC ads, direct-response video)
Familiarity with e-commerce brand content workflows
Basic scripting or storyboarding skills
