JOB OVERVIEW

Most editing jobs on this site pay $300 to $400 per month, and the pay never changes.
This job starts at $715, pays performance bonuses on top, and the base goes up when your results go up.

Here is exactly how the pay works:
- $715 USD per month, full-time. Paid on time, every time.
- Performance bonuses. If a video you edited passes 100,000 views, you get a bonus. Pass 1,000,000 views, bigger bonus. A video that hits on Instagram and also on Facebook pays on both. No monthly cap.
- Raises. They come from results, not from time. I have already given raises to people on my current team.
- $100 referral bonus if you send me an editor I hire and they pass 30 days.

Here is the work, three examples:

Watch it. That is a podcast-style ad. A person talks into a microphone on the top half of the screen. B-roll plays on the bottom half and proves what he is saying. Text sits in the middle. That's the style. Someone talking on a mic, b-roll under them showing exactly what they're saying, text in the middle. We make this format for pet health brands. That's what you'd be making every day. I need someone who makes this format every day.

What you will do
- Find the right b-roll clip for each line of the script and cut it exactly on the word
- Time the text in the middle of the screen to the voice
- Pacing, music, sound effects, and the product-on-camera moment
- Make 5 to 10 versions of a proven ad by changing the opening and making small edits so each one is its own video

The person on the microphone is usually an AI avatar and the voice is ElevenLabs. If a shot is missing, we generate it with Veo. But this is an editing job. If you can only make videos by generating them, this is not for you.

Who I am
I helped scale an e-commerce brand from $7 million to $26 million in two years. You work directly with me. Feedback on every video comes from me, not a manager. Most editing jobs teach you how to cut. This one teaches you why one cut sells and another does not, and that skill raises your rate for the rest of your career.

What I need from you
- Strong CapCut. Premiere or DaVinci fine, but you deliver in CapCut.
- A portfolio of podcast clips, talking-head reels, or split-screen ads
- You can find footage yourself and you know what is usable
- ElevenLabs and one AI video tool, or you learn fast
- Reliable internet, strong written English, attention to detail
- You deliver on schedule, every day
