JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team full-time and create performance-focused video ads.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, creative, highly efficient, and understands what makes DTC ads perform.

What You’ll Do:

- Create and edit UGC and DTC video ads for Meta
- Develop strong, scroll-stopping hooks
- Produce ads across different formats, angles, and concepts
- Turn creative briefs into finished ads
- Recreate and adapt reference ads into new concepts for our brands
- Add B-roll, captions, graphics, sound effects, and other elements that improve the creative
- Create multiple variations for testing
- Work with our team and manage creative workflows through Notion

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent video editing skills
- Strong understanding of DTC and Meta ad creatives
- Experience editing direct-response ads
- Ability to understand briefs and reference ads quickly
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling
- Familiar with Notion
- Able to work 8–9 hours per day

Compensation

- Starting compensation: $1,500 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.
- There is significant room to earn more through our bonus structure based on performance, output, and quality.
