JOB OVERVIEW

eranova is looking for a full-time Direct Response Video Editor to join our remote creative team.

You’ll be creating performance-driven short-form ads for paid social, working across UGC, product footage, AI-generated content, expert-led creatives, and new concepts. This role is focused on performance — testing hooks, iterating on winning ads, and using data to continuously improve creative output.

We’re looking for someone with strong short-form editing skills, a good understanding of direct-response creative, and an interest in using AI as part of their editing workflow.

This is a fully remote, full-time position with a competitive base rate + performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time commitment — candidates should not be engaged in other client work or projects during their time with us.
