INNOVEDITS is a growing video editing agency, and we are looking for purely execution-focused video editors to join our behind-the-scenes roster.

What We Are Looking For:
✔️ Specialists in short-form, high-retention content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts).
✔️ Strong understanding of dynamic pacing, kinetic typography, and visual hooks.
✔️ Reliable communication. We will operate heavily inside a structured ---------- workspace.
✔️ Someone who wants to focus 100% on their craft rather than marketing themselves.

Important Note on Hours & Pay:
This is a project-based / gig role right now. The hours will fluctuate based on the client volume. You will be paid a flat rate per completed video (or batch). As the agency scales, the volume of work assigned to you will scale with it. This is perfect for someone looking to add a reliable, stress-free revenue stream.
