JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor — BloomWell (Remote, Long-Term)

1. About the Role

We're a fast-growing DTC supplement brand called BloomWell and we need a talented video editor who is fluent in AI creative tools to produce daily ad content for Facebook and Instagram. This is a long-term position with consistent weekly work, clear systems, and room to grow with the brand.

You will be onboarded with a full SOP covering exactly how we use our tools and what our creative standards look like. We're not looking for someone to figure it out — we're looking for someone skilled enough to execute at a high level from day one and follow a proven system.

2. What You'll Be Doing

Editing and producing a minimum of 7 videos per week (1 ad video per day) from raw footage, UGC clips, and AI-generated assets. Videos are primarily Facebook and Instagram ads ranging from 1–4 minutes. You'll receive copy angles, hooks, and creative direction. Your job is to make it convert.

4. How We Communicate

We primarily communicate through WhatsApp. As the brand grows and we onboard more team members, we will transition to Slack to keep things organized.

5. Requirements
Strong portfolio of Facebook and Instagram ad edits — supplement, health, or ecommerce experience preferred
Prior hands-on experience using AI tools to create video content — you must be able to show examples
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to hit a daily delivery schedule
Strong communication — you will be expected to flag issues early, not miss deadlines silently
6. AI Tool Experience Required

You must have proven prior experience using AI tools for creative production. We will provide access to our Higgsfield account as well as HeyGen. Experience with ElevenLabs for high-quality voiceovers is a strong plus. We are not looking to train someone on AI basics — we need someone who already understands how to use these tools to produce high-quality ad content and can follow our SOP to do it our way.

7. Bonus Points If You Have
Your own active subscription to Claude Pro or ChatGPT Pro for copywriting and creative ideation
Your own AI video creation subscriptions — having your own tools shows you're already living and working in this space and take the craft seriously
8. Compensation
Flat rate for 7 videos per week — negotiable based on experience and portfolio quality
You will be paid using Wise, so it's a big plus if you already have a Wise account or Wisetag
Bonus pay for any videos delivered beyond 7 per week, rate determined by video length
Bonuses for high-converting winning ads
Long-term position with potential to grow as the brand scales
9. Content Ownership

All content produced for BloomWell is the exclusive property of BloomWell. Account access provided to you may not be used for any other clients or personal projects. All raw files, exports, and project files must be delivered to BloomWell upon completion. Account access will be revoked if this rule is broken and also immediately upon end of contract.
