We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand from the Netherlands, and we're looking for a motivated video editor with strong direct response experience. Someone who knows how to craft high-converting ads, not just clean edits.

What we value most:

The ability to learn fast and grow (we want people who level up constantly).
Experience with UGC editing and working with e-commerce brands (big green flag).
A feel for hooks: you know why someone stops scrolling in the first 2 seconds.
Ability to edit in multiple languages (bonus, our ads run in English and Dutch, scripts provided).

What you'll do:

Edit performance-driven ads (15–45 sec) for TikTok, Reels and Meta, mainly for the European market.
Work with UGC content + B-rolls (we'll provide footage, but you'll also source your own).
Create multiple hook variations of the same ad so we can test what converts.
Help us create ads that scale big.
