# Part-Time Video Editor (Remote) – Short Form Content for Fitness Brand

## About Us

We are **Ignite Training Co**, a rapidly growing face-to-face personal training business based in Adelaide, Australia. We currently work with over 100 clients across two gym locations and create regular content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

We're looking for a talented and reliable video editor to help us scale our content output and create engaging videos that educate, entertain and generate leads.

## About The Role

This is a remote part-time position with flexible hours.

You will primarily be editing:

* Instagram Reels
* TikToks
* Facebook videos
* Client transformation videos
* Educational fitness content
* Behind-the-scenes business content
* Promotional videos and advertisements

Most videos will be short-form content between 15 and 90 seconds.

## Responsibilities

* Edit short-form videos with engaging pacing and storytelling.
* Add captions, transitions, zooms and sound effects where appropriate.
* Source B-roll footage when required.
* Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds of videos.
* Follow brand guidelines and editing style examples.
* Deliver videos within agreed turnaround times.
* Organise project files and maintain communication regarding progress.

## Requirements

* Previous experience editing short-form social media content.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, ---------- and Facebook video trends.
* Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Ability to take feedback and implement revisions quickly.
* Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

## Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

* Fitness industry content.
* YouTube editing.
* Motion graphics.
* Thumbnail creation.
* Graphic design.
* AI editing tools and workflows.

## Hours & Pay

* Approximately 10-20 hours per week initially.
* Opportunity to increase hours as we grow.
* Salary negotiable based on experience and skill level.
