JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-velocity Video Editor to join the Revvin team on a part-time basis, with an immediate opportunity to scale up to a full-time role based on performance. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-impact video assets for the automotive and real estate industries. This role requires a "strategic editing" mindset, creating content that ranges from cinematic automotive films and luxury property tours to high-engagement, fast-paced social media ads.
The ideal candidate understands how to capture attention in the first 2 seconds, has a proven track record editing luxury real estate/automotive content, utilizes advanced editing effects, and leverages AI video tools to maintain our high-production standards at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished, high-conversion video for both short-form and long-form platforms. Every cut should be intentional and designed to drive engagement.

- Advanced Visual Effects & Motion Graphics: Level up our content using dynamic transition effects, motion tracking, seamless speed ramping, cinematic zooms, custom text overlays, and stylized animations.

- Sound Design & Colour Grading: Elevate raw footage through professional colour grading (bringing out luxury car paint finishes and bright, crisp property interiors) and impactful sound design/mixing.

- AI Video Integration: Utilize AI tools for automated captioning, voiceovers, frame expansion, and "smart" b-roll selection to accelerate the workflow without sacrificing quality.

- Brand-First Creativity: Work within brand guidelines while injecting your own creative flair to make every project stand out.

- Fast Turnaround: Manage multiple videos and projects simultaneously. At Revvin, our standard is a 24-48 hour turnaround time for most creative requests.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Proven, hands-on experience editing for the Real Estate or Automotive sectors. You must know how to edit a property tour to look aspirational, luxurious, and smooth.

- Effects & Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You must be comfortable implementing clean, modern visual effects and seamless motion design.

- Design Fundamentals: Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to manipulate assets and create custom motion elements.

- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven video tools to enhance production speed and visual quality.

- Visual Storytelling: A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of pacing, rhythm, and a "director’s eye" for what to highlight.
