JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. This role requires strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in video editing software.

Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional content.
* Create videos for social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, training materials, and other digital channels.
* Add transitions, graphics, captions, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality.
* Color-correct and enhance video footage for a consistent visual style.
* Edit and mix audio to ensure clear, high-quality sound.
* Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets objectives.
* Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
* Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and archives.
* Stay current with video editing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
* Experience editing content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Familiarity with video production workflows and content marketing strategies.
* Experience creating short-form and long-form video content.
* Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
