Zarrin Productions is a video production and digital marketing agency. We produce short-form performance content, branded multimedia assets, ad creatives, and educational video series for clients in nutraceuticals, SaaS, healthcare, and fintech. Our work moves fast, and the quality bar is high.

About This Engagement
This is a paid contract gig expected to run approximately two months. Based on performance, there is a clear path to a full-time role at the end of that period. We take these evaluations seriously and promote from within when the work earns it.

Project Scope and Pay
For the current project, the expectation is to edit 7 to 10 videos per week, each running approximately 3 to 5 minutes in length. The listed compensation of $800 per month is based on that volume. In weeks where fewer videos are completed, pay will be prorated to reflect the actual number of edits delivered.

What You Will Be Doing

You will edit and deliver polished, branded video content across a range of formats and client projects. Specific responsibilities include:

Editing short-form and long-form video content for social media, paid ads, websites, and in-app platforms.
Working with AI-generated video footage from tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, and Kling AI to produce clean, professional outputs.
Adding motion graphics, lower thirds, animated text overlays, and branded transitions.
Sourcing and integrating B-roll to support storytelling and visual flow.
Resizing and reformatting content across aspect ratios (16x9, 9x16, 1x1, 4x5).
Color grading and audio correction.
Editing within Descript or similar transcript-based tools when needed.
Organizing and managing project files for efficient turnaround.
Applying client brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience. A strong portfolio that shows motion graphics, branded content, and multi-format delivery.
Hands-on experience with at least one AI video platform (HeyGen, Synthesia, Kling AI, or similar).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Familiarity with Descript or CapCut is a plus.
Strong attention to pacing, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have
Experience editing performance video ads for Meta or YouTube.
Familiarity with content repurposing workflows. Basic audio mixing skills.
