We're growing our content production across multiple US clients and need an experienced editor who thinks in hooks, works independently, and can make a roofing company's social content feel as sharp as any top consumer brand. This starts at 20 hours a week with a clear path to full-time for the right person.

Join a US-based fractional CMO firm that serves trades businesses in HVAC, solar, roofing, plumbing, and masonry. We embed with our clients as their full marketing leadership team: strategy, execution, and everything in between. The content we produce represents real businesses built by hardworking owners. We take the quality of our work seriously.

Video Editor - Social Media (With Possibility of Full-time Role)
$7-8/hr, 20/week Central US

What you'll do
-Edit short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook etc.) across multiple US client accounts
-Work from raw footage and briefs, you own the process from first cut to final export
-Handle captions, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading
-Manage multiple client timelines simultaneously with zero hand-holding
-Proactively bring creative ideas that improve content performance

If you have these, we're looking exactly for you!
-6+ years editing social-first video content, of course your portfolio proves it!
-Fluency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve or similar softwares
-Strong instinct for hook structure, pacing, and content that converts
-After Effects or motion graphics experience (strong plus)
-Excellent English communication on both written and spoken
-Proactive, self-managed work style you flag issues early and never need to be chased
-Availability during Central US business hours (CST/CDT)
