JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor to work with our marketing team. This role requires someone who can follow direction closely while also stepping in creatively and taking initiative when needed.

You will be creating content across multiple formats including social media, advertising, and long-form video.

This is a long-term, full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
-Edit short-form content including reels and social media videos
-Create advertisements and promotional content
-Edit long-form videos
-Collaborate with our marketing team on creative direction
-Join Zoom calls when needed for creative or client discussions

Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
-Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to follow instructions and also contribute creative ideas
-Experience editing short-form content for social media
-Organized, responsive, and reliable
-Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
-Comfortable being client-facing when needed

Technical Requirements:
Reliable computer and editing setup
Experience using CapCut and/or Canva
Open to other editing platforms, but must be willing to align with team tools

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Must be able to work within this time zone

Nice to Have:
Real estate content experience
Experience with motion graphics or captions
Understanding of social media trends and content performance
