About the Role:

We're looking for a talented, experienced Video Editor to join our team full-time. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, working closely with our team to produce high-quality, fast-paced video content for corporate clients across industries including golf, food & hospitality, and corporate brand content. If you're someone who lives and breathes short-form video, has a sharp eye for pacing and storytelling, and can hit the ground running — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Editing fast-paced reels and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Working with raw footage to produce polished, publish-ready videos that suit Australian corporate clients
- Colour grading, audio syncing, motion graphics, and caption/subtitle integration
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Communicating clearly with our team on revisions, timelines, and creative direction
- Maintaining consistency with each client's brand guidelines and tone

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

- Proven experience editing reels and short-form social media content — corporate, golf, or food content experience is a strong advantage
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (or highly skilled in Premiere Pro/Final Cut with a genuine willingness to learn DaVinci Resolve)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of Australian culture, humour, and communication style
- A fast, reliable internet connection (the faster the better — please include your speed in your application)
- Your own Mac setup, ideally with multiple screens
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and be available during Australian business hours (or overlap)

- Can demonstrate fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Understand social media trends and know what makes content stop the scroll
- Are proactive, self-directed, and don't need to be micromanaged

- Mac computer (required)
- Multiple monitors (preferred)
- Fast, stable internet connection (please include your Speedtest result with your application)
- Quality headphones or speakers for audio editing

Compensation & Setup:

- PHP 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
