JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Video Editor
We’re looking for a full-time video editor to join the team.

You should have a strong eye for pacing, clean storytelling, and tasteful design.
Good font choices, balanced layouts, and subtle, complementary colours matter a lot.
Avoid harsh or overly strong colours unless the creative clearly calls for it.

What I’m looking for:
Strong editing sense for short-form vertical content
Good taste in fonts, layout, and colour pairing
Clean export workflow and attention to technical requirements

These are my application requirements:

1. Complete the trial edit, you can find the footage and script to edit here.

2. Export the video in vertical 1080 x 1920, H.264, at 15,000 kbps
3. Send the trial edit to my email only.

Creative direction
Please refer to the provided reference video files for the style expected.
(You can use your own style to edit the videos but using references as a guide)

What ill be looking for:
General flow is good, cutting timing makes sense. SFX are well utilised.
You can use viral sound and effects.
Do not use overly strong or distracting colours
