Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, consistent video editor who edits in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe PP and understands color grading Slog 3, pacing, and clean social content.

This role focuses on editing short-form vertical videos, talking clips, and content libraries for service-based businesses (fencing, pools, automotive, etc.).

Responsibilities

Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels / Shorts)

Create high-energy reels (12–20 seconds)

Edit clean talking clips with clear audio and captions

Color grade footage properly (not overdone)

Stabilize footage when needed

Cut content cleanly so dialogue sounds natural

Export individual clips for future use

Follow clear edit instructions and deadlines

Required Skills

Strong experience using DaVinci Resolve

Solid understanding of color grading

Ability to make footage look clean and consistent

Good sense of pacing and timing

Comfortable editing vertical (9:16) content

Knows how to clean audio and add captions

Organized with file naming and exports

Expectations

Available 20–25 hours per week

Able to follow instructions exactly

Takes feedback well and makes revisions quickly

Delivers clean, professional work every time

Experience with social media content
