About Us
We are a growing e-commerce brand currently selling one main product and advertising heavily on Meta
This is a long-term role for the right person.

IMPORTANT: Trial Period (Read Carefully)
Before full-time employment, there will be a 2-week paid trial period to evaluate skill level, speed, and ability to follow direction.
• Pay during trial: $8 per video/ad produced
• Training and feedback will be provided during this time
• Only candidates who pass the trial will move to full-time

Full-Time Role Details (After Trial)
• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
• Scripts will be sent every weekday
• Videos must be completed and delivered before the next day
• Task-based work (no fixed hours)
• Payment: $212 USD per week
• Paid every Sunday
• $150 bonus for any “winning ad” that performs well in paid campaigns

Responsibilities
• Edit short-form voiceover ads for Meta
• Sync visuals to voiceovers using ElevenLabs (access provided)
• Use provided B-roll and product assets
• Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, sound effects, and pacing optimized for ads
• Follow creative briefs and feedback closely
• Maintain consistent quality and fast turnaround

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Proven experience editing e-commerce ads
• Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives
• Ability to meet daily deadlines
• Fluent understanding of English
• Experience with short-form ad formats (UGC, VO ads, product ads)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks
• Reliable internet and editing setup
