Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring one to two Video Editors who know how to go beyond just cutting clips. We're looking for editors who:
Have an intuitive eye for the right shot and pacing
Can pull emotion from interviews and footage
Are masters of the soundbite, music, and motion graphics that elevate a story
Work quickly and efficiently with tight turnarounds
Stay on top of social media trends and formats
You’ll work closely with our editing team—trading off quality control and complementing each other’s strengths. This is a collaborative role, and the ability to work within a team structure is a must.
This is a full-time remote position, working 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time. You must have very fast internet speeds for uploading/downloading large video files.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate video editor who wants to level up their portfolio with exciting, brand-driven work across platforms.
We’re not looking for cookie-cutter, template-style edits.
We want standout creatives—people who can wow us with:
A compelling brand story or interview edit, or
Motion graphic-driven pieces that get your heart rate pumping
Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Assembly: Build emotionally impactful videos from interviews, b-roll, and social content.
- Sound & Music Selection: Choose powerful soundbites, SFX, and music to elevate the storytelling.
- Color Grading & Visual Polish: Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all projects.
- Motion Graphics: Add custom animations and movement to support messaging and keep content dynamic.
- Collaborative Quality Control: Work in tandem with a fellow editor to review, refine, and push quality.
- Trend Awareness: Stay on top of current editing styles and social-first video formats.
- Organization & File Management: Use tools like
- Meet Deadlines: Deliver high-quality edits quickly and reliably under pressure.
Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (bonus if you're also strong in DaVinci or other tools).
- Portfolio with Edge: We want to see edits that tell a story and show creative intent—not just polished transitions.
- Fast Internet: Must be able to quickly transfer large files with minimal downtime.
- Time-Zone Alignment: You’ll work 9am–5pm PT with U.S.-based teams.
- Organized & Communicative: You follow process, stay organized, and communicate clearly within a team.
- Self-Motivated: You take initiative, respond to feedback, and always look for ways to improve.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: 9AM–6PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $600-$1200/month (DOE)
Client Base: Primarily U.S.-based brands and agencies
