Work From Anywhere (100% Remote)

- No commuting, no traffic, no wasted hours. You’ll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your home (or anywhere with a good connection).

Whether that’s your family home, a quiet café, or even during a brownout with your backup plan — you stay in control of your day.

A Stable Rhythm, Clear Expectations

- You’ll work Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (SGT). But we’re not here to micromanage or track your every move. What matters most is that key deliverables are done on task, on time, on target, and to the required standards. Weekends are yours for family, rest, or passion projects.

Bring Corporate & Event Stories to Life

- Edit impactful films that help brands connect with their audiences — from events to marketing videos.

Follow Clear SOPs, Add Your Creative Touch

- Use AEF’s editing frameworks and style guides as your foundation — while bringing in your storytelling instincts to make each video feel alive.

Grow Through Feedback Loops

- You’ll collaborate with our Singapore Team using Slack, WhatsApp and GDrive. Over time, as your cuts get sharper, you’ll need fewer revisions — a clear sign of your growth.

- From raw >> first cut >> fine cut>> final cut, you’ll manage projects end to end, sharpening not just your skills but your confidence as an editor.

This isn’t a dead-end editing gig. We want you to grow with us.

• 0 - 3 months (Probation): Trainee

Think of this as your warm-up stage.

You’ll learn our style, workflows and editing frameworks while working on real projects.

By the end, you’ll already have a feel for what it means to edit stories the AEF way — consistent, on-brief and emotionally powerful.

• 1-2 Years: Junior Editor

Now you can hold your own fort.

You’ll deliver quality edits with fewer revisions, adapt confidently to our brand styles, and start building a premium portfolio of wedding highlights and corporate projects you’ll be proud to showcase.

• 3-4 Years: Senior Editor

This is where you level up.

You’ll take on more complex projects with your own cinematic touch, handle edits with minimal supervision, and even begin guiding newer editors. Your work won’t just meet expectations — it’ll inspire.

• 5 Years & Beyond: Lead Editor (Pioneer Team Track)

As part of the founding team, this is the fast track.

You’ll set standards, refine SOPs, mentor juniors, and lead large or high-profile projects. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping AEF’s editing division as we grow.

3 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THINGS:

1) Strong Command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus!)

You don’t need to be the world’s best yet — but you must already have a solid foundation in Premiere and the drive to sharpen your craft daily.

If you love refining timelines, syncing audio to emotion, and experimenting with cuts that bring stories alive, you’ll fit right in.

2) Great Storytelling Taste & Attention to Detail

Editing is more than just trimming clips — it’s about shaping ---------- nts into memories.

You need an eye for pacing, music and emotional flow.

Every detail matters — from transitions to color tones.

If you find yourself obsessing over whether a cut feels “just right,” you’re our kind of editor.

3) Reliable Setup & Professional Commitment

This is a full-time role, so you’ll need a capable PC/ laptop built for video editing, a stable internet connection, and the discipline to work independently from home.

Deadlines matter here, and so does communication.

We value editors who show up, own their work, and consistently deliver on time.
