What You’ll Do
60% Online Lesson Production
• Edit multi?camera course footage into clear, chapter?based lessons
• Add lower?thirds, captions, graphics, and B roll to reinforce key teaching points
• Create simple motion?graphics intros/outros and on?screen callouts
• Optimise exports for our LMS (1080p,?H.264) and organise project files for easy hand?off

35?% Marketing & Social Content
• Repurpose lesson highlights into 15-60s reels/shorts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Craft compelling promo videos, case?study edits, and webinar openers
• Collaborate with our designer on thumbnail concepts, typography, and brand consistency

5% Creative Development
• Brainstorm hooks, storyboards, and asset lists that maximise viewer retention
• Suggest ways to refine our brand’s visual language and motion style

Must Have Skills & Experience
2+ years professional video?editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelancing)

Portfolio that demonstrates story?first editing and audience?driven pacing

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and solid After Effects/motion graphics ability

Confident with colour correction, audio sweetening, and basic sound design

Ability to organise assets, version files, and work to strict deadlines

Excellent spoken & written English; comfortable collaborating over Slack/Zoom

A reliable workstation, fast internet, and quiet workspace

Nice to Have
Experience editing educational content or explainer videos

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator for simple graphic tweaks

Knowledge of YouTube/Meta/TikTok best practice specs and analytics

Understanding of SEO, hooks, and retention metrics for social platforms

Work Setup
Full time, 40 hrs/week (Monday–Friday)

Core overlap 12pm – 5?pm AEST (10 am–3pm Philippine time); remaining hours flexible

100? remote — work from anywhere in the Philippines

Competitive salary (paid fortnightly in PHP) + 13th?month pay

Paid Philippine public holidays + 10 days annual leave after 6 months
