JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable video editing assistant to create variations of completed short-form videos for Instagram Trial Reels, and to edit simple talking videos with image overlays.

This is a part-time, straightforward, repeatable editing job — approximately 1–2 hours per day, 6 days a week. You will work inside a shared CapCut space and a shared Google Drive. Most videos are one minute long or shorter.

TASK 1: STORYTELLING VARIATIONS (6 PER DAY)

You'll create new variations of completed storytelling videos by swapping clips, using the swap clips provided. The number of swaps will vary depending on the video and will be specified in the guide or your daily instructions.

Depending on the video, you may also make small changes such as:
- Horizontally flipping sections of the video that do not contain text
- Slightly zooming in or changing the framing
- Adding a 0.1-second black screen at the beginning
- Changing the font or text style
- Making minor adjustments to saturation, exposure, brightness, or filters
- Slightly shifting the audio volume up or down

The goal of these edits is to make each variation look "fresh" to the algorithm.

TASK 2: "LET ME GUESS" VIDEOS (4–5 PER DAY)

You'll receive raw talking videos (usually around 1 minute or less) that all follow the same simple format. You'll cut out all dead space and pauses, then add the provided image overlays at the moment each point is said. Images will be numbered in order in Google Drive. The pacing and style are the same every time, so once you've done a few, these are quick.

For both tasks, you'll export each video, name it correctly, and upload it to the correct Google Drive folder.

This is not advanced video editing. You'll be swapping clips, making small adjustments, and doing simple cuts and overlays following a set format.

A full guide with exact instructions and examples will be provided. Attention to detail matters, so include the word "Trial" somewhere in the middle of your application when describing your editing experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience using CapCut (desktop preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions exactly
- Reliable communication
- Fast internet and the ability to upload video files
- Organized file management
- Consistent daily availability (about 1–2 hours/day, 6 days/week)
