Full-Time | Remote | Performance Based Compensation

Join Mr. Prime – a performance-driven Amazon marketing agency

About the Role:

Mr. Prime is a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency helping brands scale their presence and profitability on Amazon. We’re looking for a Video Development Representative (VDR) to support our outbound sales efforts by identifying potential Amazon clients and creating personalised video outreach campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central, has a sales mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Your main goal will be to connect with brand owners through compelling personalised video outreach and book discovery calls for our sales team.
You’ll use tools like Helium10, Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs), and internal templates to research brands, craft customised pitches, and send short video messages via email or approved platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and qualify Amazon seller leads using Helium10, product listings, and additional resources
- Record and send short, engaging, and personalised video messages using Loom or similar video software
- Send outreach messages via email with the goal of booking inbound meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates

Ideal Candidate

- 1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or a similar e-commerce platform
- Familiar with Helium10 or comparable Amazon research tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to tailor messages to each prospect
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, metric-driven agency environment
- Experience with Loom, Vidyard, or any comparable video outreach tool
- Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organised

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in sales, outreach, or lead generation
- Prior agency experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with common Amazon pain points, listing optimisation, and client acquisition strategies

Compensation Structure: VDR Role at Mr. Prime

Pay Model: Performance-based

Rates:

- $2.00 USD per qualified video sent
- $15.00 USD per qualified appointment scheduled

1. $2.00 Per Qualified Video Sent

A qualified video must:

- Be personalised using insights from the brand’s PDP and Helium10
- Follow internal outreach guidelines with clear, professional presentation
- Be reviewed and approved as ready for client outreach
- Expected output: 2–3 qualified videos per hour
- Earnings from video creation alone: $4–$6 per hour (Potentially)

2. $15.00 Per Qualified Appointment Scheduled

A qualified appointment is:

- A meeting booked via our scheduling link
- Attended by the prospect
- Verified as a legitimate Amazon brand lead
- This is a performance bonus paid in addition to the per-video rate
- Average expectation: 1 appointment per 10–15 videos over time

Earnings Potential

Base (2–3 videos/hour): $4–$6/hour

Plus bonuses:
- 1 appointment per 5 hours = +$3/hour
- 1 appointment per 3 hours = +$5/hour

Estimated total: $5–$10/hour depending on results and efficiency

Notes:

- All video submissions and appointments will be tracked and verified weekly
- Payouts are made weekly via your preferred method
- High-performing VDRs may be offered longer-term roles and higher-value outreach projects

How to Apply:

Please create a short video using Loom or a similar platform to introduce yourself. In your video, you should include:

- A quick intro to who you are
- Your background with Amazon Seller Central or related e-commerce experience
- Why you're excited about the VDR role at Mr. Prime
- A short explanation of how you would approach video outreach to an Amazon seller (be creative!)
