We’re looking for a high-level creative video editor / motion designer to help produce cinematic, concept-driven ads for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
This is NOT a typical UGC or VSL editing role.
We create:
Story-driven ads (similar to Hims, Apple, Nike style)
Cinematic visuals
Concept-based content (not talking heads, not subtitles + emojis)
Please DO NOT apply if:
Your portfolio is mostly UGC ads (talking heads, captions, hooks)
You specialize in dropshipping/VSL style editing
You rely heavily on templates
You don’t have strong visual taste
We ARE looking for someone who:
Has strong visual taste and understands cinematic pacing
Can edit with intention, emotion, and storytelling
Understands ad concepts, not just editing clips
Can contribute creatively (not just execute instructions)
Bonus Skills (not required, but highly valuable):
Motion design (After Effects or similar)
AI image/video generation (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.)
Sound design (music selection, transitions, impact)
Scriptwriting or helping refine ideas
Ability to suggest visuals and shot ideas

What you’ll be doing:
Editing short-form and mid-form ads (15–60s)
Helping develop visual ideas from a concept
Creating or sourcing visuals (including AI-generated content)
Adding sound design, pacing, and polish
Occasionally collaborating on scripts or creative direction
Important:
We are building content that feels premium, modern, and intentional.
Not:
fast, spammy, high-volume ads
But:
fewer, higher-quality, high-impact pieces
