JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Video Content Producer to take ownership of course production, long-form content, and multi-platform distribution.

This is not a narrow production role. It is a seat responsible for turning ideas, frameworks, and working sessions into finished assets that are structured, published, and performing.

There are ten courses that need to be built, packaged, and released over the next ninety to one hundred twenty days. In parallel, we are building out a content engine across YouTube, podcast, and short-form channels, with distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

The inputs will not arrive as polished deliverables. You will be working from outlines, recorded sessions, fragmented ideas, and ongoing discussions. Part of the role is helping shape those inputs into something usable before production even begins.

On the course side, this starts with taking outlines and converting them into simple, functional slide decks that guide recording. These are not design projects. They are working tools that bring structure and clarity to the material. Templates and direction exist, but execution matters.

From there, you will take recorded material and build complete courses inside GoHighLevel. That includes structuring modules and lessons, tightening content, filling gaps where necessary, and ensuring that the customer experience works cleanly from purchase through delivery.

On the content side, you will take long-form material and develop it into YouTube videos, short-form clips, and podcast episodes. This includes editing, packaging, and understanding how content is positioned. Titles, thumbnails, captions, and release cadence are part of the work, not an afterthought. In your response, include the name of your favorite podcast and why.

Distribution is part of the role. Content needs to be adapted and deployed across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram in a way that fits each platform rather than simply being reposted.

This position requires judgment. There is direction and there are priorities, but there is no step-by-step instruction set. You are expected to make decisions, move work forward, and resolve gaps without waiting to be told what to do next.

The right person has already built courses, worked inside GoHighLevel beyond a basic level, and understands how funnels, workflows, and delivery systems connect. They are comfortable editing video, creating simple slide decks, and using AI tools to accelerate production. They can take unstructured material and turn it into something coherent, usable, and ready to ship.

This role is outcome-driven. If content does not get produced and released, the system is not working.

The hiring process begins with a live project inside an active account. This is not a hypothetical exercise.

If you are interested, submit a brief description of something you have built. Focus on structure, decisions made, and how you handled problems during execution.
