JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, independent Video Editor who can create high-quality videos both from ready materials and with the help of AI tools.

This is not a role for beginners. We are only looking for someone with real experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to deliver videos independently.

You should be able to:
- edit videos based on clear guidelines and scripts,
- build videos independently using AI-generated materials,
- create strong visual stories,
- improve the overall quality compared to reference videos we will share.

We will provide initial guidelines, ideas, and sometimes scripts, but we need someone who can take ownership of the execution and deliver polished final videos.

Responsibilities
- Edit and produce videos based on our guidelines and scripts
- Create videos independently using AI tools and AI-generated assets
- Combine existing materials into strong, engaging video stories
- Produce tutorial-style videos in a clean and professional way
- Deliver videos with better quality than the reference materials we will share

Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and video production
- Strong portfolio of previous work - this is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the editing process
- Experience using AI tools for video creation
- Very good command of CapCut Desktop - this is strongly preferred
- We are specifically looking for someone who works on desktop, not mobile
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Experience creating animations similar to those featured on ---------- will be considered a strong advantage.

Compensation
- We work on a per-video basis.
- The rate is negotiable.
We are also open to a model that includes:
a base payment per video,
plus a performance bonus if a video performs exceptionally well.

Important
To be considered, you must send us a portfolio with examples of your previous video work.
Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

We are also looking for someone who can create tutorial videos similar to the example, but again - in better quality.

We also offer the opportunity to expand the scope of cooperation with additional tasks and responsibilities if you prove to be reliable and deliver high-quality work.
