About Uvora

Uvora is building an AI-first content engine that creates high-performing advertising creatives at scale. We combine AI-generated assets, avatar technology, voice generation, and performance marketing principles to produce engaging content that drives measurable results.
We are looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw assets into compelling, attention-grabbing ads designed for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing:
- Edit engaging short-form video ads for Meta platforms
- Transform AI-generated assets, voiceovers, and avatar footage into cohesive narratives
- Select relevant B-roll, visuals, and supporting assets that strengthen storytelling
- Create native-style social media ads that feel authentic and platform-native
- Maintain strong pacing, hook retention, and viewer engagement throughout videos

Creative Execution:
-Follow creative briefs and reference ads while adding your own creative enhancements
- Improve visual flow, transitions, timing, and overall polish
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and performance objectives
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimization

AI Workflow Integration:
- Work with AI voice generation tools
- Edit AI avatar videos to appear natural and human-like
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production
- Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows that improve creative output

Requirements:
- 2+ years of video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of social media ads and short-form content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
- Experience working with AI-generated content is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating direct-response advertisements
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts
- Experience using AI avatar and voice generation platforms
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation

You understand how to make AI-generated content feel authentic, engaging, and performance-driven while consistently delivering high-quality creative assets.
