Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Philippines – Remote)
Hours: Part-time | Must be available during U.S. business hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM U.S. time)
Location: Remote – Philippines

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support a growing insurance/financial services business. This role is for a go-getter who enjoys keeping things organized, booking appointments, assisting agents, and making day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Book and manage appointments with clients, carriers, and candidates
Assist agents with administrative and onboarding support
Facilitate onboarding of new agents (documents, tracking, follow-ups)
Manage calendars,
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Proactively help improve workflows and efficiency
Requirements:
Clear, confident English (spoken and written)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable speaking with clients and professionals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reliable availability during U.S. hours (8 AM–6 PM)
Nice to Have:
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
Insurance, recruiting, or sales support experience
