JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a high-caliber, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to act as my "right hand" across both professional projects and personal operations. This is not a data-entry role; it is a position for a problem solver who can manage a spreadsheet in the morning, troubleshoot an automation workflow in the afternoon, and handle sensitive communications in between.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Operations: Building and maintaining automations using N8N, Make, or Zapier. Managing and moderate ---------- communities.
• Digital Development: Basic web/app development support and maintaining digital assets.
• AI Integration: Utilizing and prompting AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize workflows.
• Administrative & Communication: Managing professional and personal emails, drafting correspondence, and acting as a liaison.
• Financial & Personal Admin: Basic accounting/bookkeeping, research tasks, and managing personal logistics.
• Rapid Learning: Quickly mastering new software or platforms as they emerge.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Work Hours: Need to work during U.S. -Moutain Standard time.
• Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
• Technical Literacy: Proven experience with automation tools (Make/Zapier) and a strong grasp of the "logic" behind web tools.
• Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) with advanced formulas or data organization.
• The "Figure It Out" Factor: A proactive mindset where "I don't know" is always followed by "but I will find out."
