JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

The Verification Specialist is responsible for conducting outbound verification calls to hotels to verify property information, confirm listing details, and complete required verification procedures accurately and efficiently.

Serving as the primary point of contact between Rocketstay and hotel representatives, this role helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of property information submitted for verification. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport while managing verification calls and maintaining accurate records.

Must-Have:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality company (strongly preferred)
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Familiarity with OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
