JOB OVERVIEW

We are Summit Wraps, a commercial vehicle wrap shop in Utah, USA. We design and install wraps on work trucks, vans and fleet vehicles for local businesses. We are hiring a graphic designer to own our design queue.

We already have a designer portal built for you: one login, every job brief in one place, vehicle photos, customer logos and brand files attached, a time clock, and a spot to upload proofs. You never talk to customers. Our team handles all client communication. You handle design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design vehicle wrap mockups (full wraps, partial wraps, decals, fleet graphics) in Adobe Illustrator
- Place designs on vehicle templates and produce a clean, realistic mockup the customer can approve
- Turn customer revision requests around fast (same day is the standard, 24 hours max)
- Build print-ready production files: correct panel sizes, bleed, seams, layers named and organized
- Post a short status update in the portal every working day so we always know where each job stands

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (please read this part carefully)
1. Speed on revisions. Most revision requests are small: move a logo, change a color, swap a phone number. We need those back the same day, not three days later.
2. Communication. If you are stuck, waiting on a file, or will miss a deadline, tell us the moment you know. Silence is the one thing we cannot work with.
3. Strong Illustrator skills. Vector work, clipping masks, pathfinder, organized layers, print-ready export. Not Canva.
4. An eye for wraps. Bold, readable from 50 feet, logo and phone number placed where they will actually be seen on a moving vehicle.
5. Reliability. Clock in on the portal, work your hours, hit your dates.

NICE TO HAVE
- Vehicle wrap or sign shop experience
- Experience sourcing and working with vehicle templates
- Photoshop for mockup presentation
- Available to overlap at least 2 hours with US Mountain Time (Utah) mornings

HOW WE WORK
- Everything runs through the portal. No juggling email, Messenger and Drive.
- You get clear briefs: vehicle, brand files, what the customer asked for, due date.
- Weekly pay, on time, every week.
- We want someone long-term. Do good work, communicate well, and there is more work and better pay.

HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with the word WRAP so we know you read this. Then send:
1. A link to your portfolio (vehicle wrap or signage work first, if you have it)
2. Your Illustrator experience in one or two sentences
3. Your typical turnaround on a small revision (be honest)
4. Your available hours in Philippine time

Shortlisted applicants get a short paid test task on a real vehicle. Pay is $20 for the test regardless of whether you are hired.
