We are a fast-growing UK-based company supplying pre-cut vehicle graphics and magnetic signage. Our products help trade businesses create clean, professional vehicle branding quickly and affordably.

We process a high volume of orders every week and rely on accurate data and well-organised systems to keep everything running smoothly.

The Role

We are looking for a Vehicle Data & Operations Coordinator to manage vehicle data, support admin tasks, and maintain the accuracy of our internal systems.

This is a structured role, but it also requires attention, judgment, and the ability to spot problems before they affect production.

This is not just basic data entry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Data Management (Core Task)

Research and compile accurate vehicle specifications (make, model, year, panel dimensions)

Enter and maintain data in ----------

Ensure naming conventions and data structure are followed correctly

Update internal vehicle templates when required

Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data before it causes issues

Accuracy in this role is critical.

2. Admin & Email Support

Monitor shared inbox

Categorise and tag emails correctly

Respond to simple enquiries using templates

Escalate issues when needed

Keep ---------- boards updated

3. System Organisation & Quality Control

Maintain clean and organised records

Follow internal data standards

Spot inconsistencies and flag problems early

Suggest improvements to workflows where possible

How You’ll Work

You will not simply follow instructions.

You are expected to:

Think before completing tasks

Question anything that looks incorrect

Flag issues instead of passing them forward

Take ownership of accuracy and system quality

If you prefer strictly following instructions without thinking or questioning, this role is not suitable.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail (non-negotiable)

Strong written English

Comfortable working in structured systems

Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies

Experience in admin, data entry, or coordination roles

Experience with ---------- is a bonus
