JOB OVERVIEW

We buy cars. That's the business. We generate leads from multiple platforms, including private market sellers, and we need someone who closes deals. Not someone who manages an inbox. Not someone who "assists" with sales. Someone who gets on the phone, builds rapport fast, and brings vehicles across the finish line.

What This Job Actually Is

You will be working leads every single day. People who want to sell their cars and private market listings of vehicles available for purchase. Your job is to contact them, qualify the opportunity, handle objections, and close the deal. You'll use phone, text, and Facebook to reach sellers. You will be expected to move deals forward without being told to.

This is a performance role. The expectation is results.

The Tools You'll Work In

Drivecentric (automotive CRM) and GoHighLevel. You need to be comfortable working inside a CRM all day, keeping notes current, and managing a pipeline of active leads. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus, tell us upfront if you have it.

What We Expect

Clean, confident spoken English. You will be on the phone with US-based sellers daily. Your communication has to be clear and professional from the first call.

You need to be organized. You'll be juggling multiple active deals at once across two CRMs and you cannot let things fall through.

You need to be persistent without being pushy. Sellers go cold. Leads need follow-up. The best person for this role knows how to stay in front of a prospect without burning the relationship.

Hours

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You must be online, available, and working during those hours.

Reliable internet is non-negotiable. Have a backup plan. Power and connectivity issues happen and we need someone who has already solved for that.

Compensation

Starting pay is $8.00 per hour. After 30 days, we do a formal performance evaluation. If you're performing, the pay plan gets significantly more aggressive and includes bonuses tied to results. We want people who want to earn more, not just collect an hourly rate.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience, ideally phone-based. Comfort talking to US customers. CRM experience. Facebook fluency. Automotive experience is a bonus but not required. What is required is that you know how to close.
