POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full-time Listings Manager to serve as the expert in ensuring vacation rental properties are effectively marketed across multiple booking channels. This includes creating and managing engaging property listings, integrating the PMS with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date at all times. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in revenue management being a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and Manage Listings: Write compelling and accurate job listings for new vacation rental properties.
- OTA Integration: Ensure listings on various OTAs (such as Airbnb, VRBO,
- Ensure Listing Accuracy: Regularly review and update property listings to ensure accuracy and completeness in the copy, photos, amenities, and other settings.
- Optimize Listings: Use data and feedback to optimize listings for maximum visibility and bookings.
- Coordinate Onboarding Process: Work closely with the operations team to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of listings to maintain high standards and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and guest service teams to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze listing performance to make data-driven improvement decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have the ability to solve technical setup problems through relentless use of resources, tenacity, and attention to detail.
- Must have at least 2 (preferably 3+) years of experience working in the short-term rental (AirBNB) space, ideally in a listings management role, but with guest experience management or remote operations management at a minimum.
- Must have experience working with a US, Canada, Australia, or UK-based employer.
- Must have experience managing processes.
- Must have experience with online travel agency platforms such as AirBnB, VRBO, Marriott HVMI, etc.
- Experience with Streamline, Guesty, or equivalent reservation management system strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite,
- Position is full time (40-45 hours/week).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $900-$1100
Bonus Details: 13th month bonus
