JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant to handle customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and payment collection. This role is critical in helping us stay organized and deliver a smooth customer experience.

This is a full time role with strong potential to grow into other areas within the company.

Job description Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
* Schedule service calls and coordinate appointments
* Prepare and send invoices to customers
* Follow up on outstanding payments and collect payments
* Communicate with customers regarding job updates and service details
* Maintain organized records of jobs, invoices, quotes and customer information
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
