JOB OVERVIEW

Creative & Business Virtual Assistant, Long-Term (Full-Time or Part-Time)

I'm an entrepreneur and self-published author based in Tennessee, USA. I run several creative and business projects, and I'm looking for a reliable, organized, and creative assistant to grow with me long-term.

What you'll help with:

• Books: formatting manuscripts, proofreading, KDP/Amazon uploads, book descriptions, keyword research, cover coordination, and author marketing on social media
• Real estate: organizing property listings, writing listing descriptions, posting ads, responding to buyer inquiries, and tracking leads in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Music: organizing lyrics and song files, making simple lyric and music videos, and uploading and managing YouTube content
• Video games: researching mobile game ideas, writing game text and instructions, testing builds, and helping prepare Google Play store listings

You're a great fit if you:

• Write and communicate clearly in English
• Are self-motivated and can manage several projects at once
• Are comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets, Canva, and learning new tools, including AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• Have experience in publishing, real estate, video editing, or game testing (a plus, not required)
• Have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Details:

• Schedule: flexible, with at least 2–3 hours overlapping US Central Time
• Pay: [$X–$X per month / per hour], based on experience
• Growth: raises and more responsibility for the right person
