JOB OVERVIEW

Are you obsessed with creating ads people can’t stop watching?
Do you know how to turn a simple product into a high-converting VSL or viral creative that explains, convinces, and sells?

If yes, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
- Edit high-converting VSL-style video ads for dropshipping and problem-solving products. This is your main focus.
- Create static ads that are clear, compliant, and conversion-driven.
- Work AI-first by generating, refining, and iterating creatives using AI prompts for video, visuals, hooks, and angles.
- Edit fast and clean and deliver creatives within 1 to 2 hours when needed.
- Think beyond editing and contribute ideas for hooks, storytelling angles, and landing page improvements.
- Communicate clearly and proactively via Slack.
- Complete a short test task consisting of 1 VSL-style video and 1 static ad.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience editing VSLs or long-form direct-response video ads.
- Strong experience creating static ads for Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and prompts to speed up and improve creative output.
- Strong skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
- Sharp understanding of emotional selling, structure, pacing, and storytelling.
- Fast, reliable, and proactive with no hand-holding needed.
- Fluent in English and responsive on Slack.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with AI tools such as Foreplay, Atria, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Meta ads and media buying, including hooks, thumb-stopping frames, and compliance awareness.
- Experience working with health, wellness, or problem-solving products.
