JOB OVERVIEW

We produces video sales letters for direct-response offers. We need
one editor who can cut a 20–45 minute VSL that holds attention — not a
general video editor, and not a short-form specialist.

You'll work from written scripts with a producer. Understanding
retention matters more than effects: pacing, proof blocks, and why
viewers leave at minute six.

YOU MUST ALREADY BE USING:
- Higgsfield
- Google Flow
- Descript
- ClickUp and Slack, daily

We are strict about organization. Projects are versioned, source files
are labelled, and nothing lives only on your desktop. If your timeline
is a mess, we'll see it.

This is a full time job (4:00 Am EST to 12pm EST - Saturday and Sunday off)

Pay: $750 USD/month via Wise
paid every two weeks from day one.
