JOB OVERVIEW

???? Remote Video Editor (VSLs)

$3 per minute edited ($9–$15 typical) | Bonuses + Growth Opportunities

We’re looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor to join our growing remote team and help produce high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs).

These are 3–6 minute videos combining AI voiceovers with TikTok-style B-roll to create emotional, story-driven content that sells.

You’ll receive a fully written script, references, and clear direction — your job is to bring the story to life through strong pacing, engaging visuals, and clean editing.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

First week: 3 VSLs (test week to check quality and fit)

If everything looks good: 7–8 VSLs per week

If you can handle more volume and maintain quality: 10–12 VSLs per week

Pay will increase based on quality, consistency, and how well you follow directions.

???? What We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for editors who:
Knows how to create content using AI voice, B-roll, and AI avatars
Can use CapCut
Can find good B-roll from TikTok or create AI B-roll when needed
Can follow a script and match visuals properly
Bonus (not required):
Experience working on VSLs or eCommerce / direct-response videos

$3 per minute of finished video
Example:
3-minute VSL = $9
5-minute VSL = $15
Rates are flexible — we’re open to paying more for high-quality work
We ask for your rate per video so we can align long-term
Performance-based bonuses available
