## Main Responsibilities

### Long-Form Vlog Editing

- Review all raw footage
- Arrange clips in correct sequence
- Create a **10–15 minute vlog**
- Cut boring parts
- Keep pacing smooth and natural

No over-editing.

No fake drama.

### Highlight & Shorts Creation

- Identify strong ---------- nts
- Cut **short-form clips** from the vlog
- Create clean vlog highlight shorts
- Compile all shorts into a simple list

Clear titles.

Easy review.

### Style & Training

- Follow provided style references
- Apply basic guidance consistently
- Maintain a lifestyle, documentary feel

- 1 completed vlog (10–15 minutes)
