JOB OVERVIEW

Join our growing remote sales team and develop your skills in communication, customer engagement, and online sales.
We are looking for experienced, driven, and confident Virtual Sales Assistants who are strong communicators, naturally persuasive, and comfortable having ongoing conversations with customers.

POSITION DETAILS
Position: Virtual Sales Assistant
Compensation: 10% commission-based
Location: Fully Remote
Experience: Previous sales, customer service, messaging, or Virtual Assistant experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Communicate directly with customers through online messaging
Start and maintain engaging, natural conversations
Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
Learn customer interests, preferences, and buying behavior
Ask questions to better understand customer needs
Recommend relevant products and offers
Identify sales opportunities during conversations
Guide interested customers toward purchasing decisions
Handle common questions and objections
Follow up with customers when appropriate
Maintain fast and consistent response times
Provide a friendly and personalized customer experience
Follow company sales strategies, guidelines, and communication standards
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Continuously improve communication and sales performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent written English
Strong conversational skills
Previous online sales experience preferred
Previous customer service or Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
Ability to communicate naturally and confidently
Strong understanding of customer psychology
Ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable asking questions and leading conversations
Ability to recognize customer interest and buying signals
Confidence handling objections
Strong closing skills
Ability to keep conversations personal rather than robotic
Fast and accurate typing
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and consistent availability
Ability to follow instructions and sales processes

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Reliable computer and internet connection

Customer Engagement
Create enjoyable conversations that keep customers interested and engaged.
Relationship Building
Build trust by learning about customers, remembering important details, and maintaining consistent communication.
Sales Conversations
Naturally introduce products and offers when appropriate without making conversations feel overly scripted or aggressive.
Customer Discovery
Ask good questions to understand what each customer is interested in and what they may be looking for.
Objection Handling
Respond confidently when customers hesitate because of pricing, timing, or uncertainty.
Closing Sales
Recognize when a customer is interested and confidently guide the conversation toward a purchase.
Follow-Up
Reconnect with interested customers and continue conversations that may lead to future sales.
Customer Retention
Build strong relationships that encourage customers to continue returning and purchasing.
