Spectrum Achievers ABA is a family-owned, center-based ABA therapy practice located in Paramus, NJ. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, and occupational therapy for children with autism starting at 18 months. We are a growing, mission-driven practice and we are ready to take our online presence to the next level — and we need a talented, creative Social Media VA to help us get there.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant who will own and manage our digital presence from top to bottom. This is not a basic posting role — we need someone who is strategic, creative, and results-driven. You will be responsible for growing our audience, designing eye-catching visuals, running paid ads, and making sure our brand shows up consistently and professionally across all platforms — especially ---------- and Facebook.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage and grow our ---------- pany page with daily posts that engage our audience and attract BCBAs, referral partners, and families
? Design high-quality, professional graphics and visuals for posts, ads, and campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
? Create and run paid ad campaigns on ---------- and Facebook, including audience targeting, ad copy, and creative design
? Develop a consistent content calendar with fresh, relevant content tailored to the ABA/autism community
? Monitor analytics and engagement across all platforms and provide regular performance reports
? Grow our follower count and engagement organically through strategic posting, hashtags, and community engagement
? Stay current on social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and competitive
? Collaborate with our team to highlight center updates, staff spotlights, family success stories, and company milestones

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

? Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally — this is a must
? Strong portfolio of social media content, paid ads, and graphic design work (please include samples with your application)
? Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn — growing pages, running ads, and building an audience
? Experience running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns with demonstrated results
? Exceptional graphic design skills — your visuals need to stop the scroll
? Strong written English — you will be writing captions, ad copy, and content that represents our brand
? Experience in the healthcare, therapy, or autism/ABA space is a big plus
? Self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas to the table
? Proficient with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar

???? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | with some flexibility for weekend scheduling
